It: Welcome to Derry – The Thing in the Dark Review

Episode 2 is 1 hour and 5 minutes long and picks up right where episode 1 left off.

One thing I noticed after watching episode 2 is that the creators want to end each episode with a big moment to keep you hooked.

While the episode has some horror, I felt the pacing was off. The scares were there but not as scary or impactful as they could’ve been.

The cast is good in their roles. But Ronnie, the girl in this episode, is the real star.

Technically the episode is solid with good production values.

Overall I’d say it’s a mixed bag-decent but not great. Average in terms of pacing and horror but still fun for fans of the show.
