One Battle After Another Review:

I have to say the title is really true. This movie is full of one problem after another. The film keeps giving you one situation after another and it is really good. I found the movie from the very beginning to the very end. The main reason for this is the acting. Leonardo DiCaprio is amazing, in this movie. He is so good that you can feel the tension when he acts. You can see it in the way he looks the way he stops talking and the way he gets angry. Leonardo DiCaprio does not just act like the character he is the character. The originality he brings is on another level, reminding you why he’s one of the best in the business.

The actress who plays his daughter, Willa is really beautiful. She does a great job in her role. To be honest I think she is very pretty. The actress who plays Willa is so good that you will not get bored I am telling you that, for sure. The actress who plays Willa is very talented. That is why you will like watching her.

Now, generally, Hollywood films are slow-paced compared to Indian mass masala movies that rely on nonstop action and hype moments. But this one is different. It has a simple, easy-to-follow story, yet the progression is solid and engaging. The narrative flows naturally, supported by strong performances and effective background music.

The BGM during the interval straight up reminded me of the Nokia Snake game the sound you get when the snake eats eggs one after another. Unexpected, but it weirdly works 😄 But overall, it fits the mood. There’s a phone call conversation between DiCaprio and another character that’s genuinely hilarious an unexpected moment of humor that lands really well.

The ending? The guys walk at the end is really cool and funny. It looks good without trying too hard to be stylish. If you like car chases and suspenseful moments and you want to keep guessing what happens next then this movie is for you. The movie about the antagonist will keep you interested. It is not super exciting. The movie, about the antagonist will never get boring. In one simple line: The story follows an ex-revolutionary trying to protect his daughter from his enemies and every battle, emotional or physical, pulls you deeper into the film.

A solid, engaging watch powered by strong performances especially DiCaprio. Simple story, good progression, memorable moments, and enough suspense to keep you hooked throughout

AAY METER: ★★★✫☆

Overall: Worth A watch
