Starts with a quick recap of the airport scene but this time we see it from the Russian guy’s point of view.
Then we go to Carol. She gets out of the hospital and walks to their car. She sees it’s damaged and looks around for another. She finds a police car, takes it and drives to her house.
When Carol gets home she’s shocked to see several people working on her house. She asks, “Who the hell are you and why are you in my house without my permission?” One of the workers, Larry, tells her “You told me to fix your house.” Carol gets angry and tells everyone to get out of her house.
She goes straight to her room and changes the notes on her whiteboard. She writes everything she knows about the infected people. Then she looks out the window and calls Larry back in.
Carol and Larry sit at the table. She asks him several random questions and he answers. After she’s heard what she needs she tells him “You can leave now.” She goes back to the whiteboard and makes more changes.
Later she goes back to the hospital and asks Helen “Can we fix this?” Helen says “No.” Carol then goes to the medicine room and gets the anesthesia dosage limits. She takes the medicine.
After she gets home she tests the anesthesia on herself while recording the test on camera. At midnight she watches the video on TV and says “This is the winner.”

The next day Carol goes back to the hospital and asks Helen “Can we go outside for a bit?” Helen agrees. They both go out. While they’re in the elevator Carol gives Helen the anesthesia.
Carol then takes Helen outside the hospital and asks her “Can we fix this?” Helen gets confused. The others come towards them saying “Please Carol” over and over.
Then Helen falls from the wheelchair. One of the others asks “Can we save Helen?” Carol says “Yes.”
Pluribus Episode 4 ( please Carol ) Review :
It's a Slow pace episode,first 10 minutes is super with suspense and intense. Rest of the episode is fairly engaging with good performance by the cast. After watching the Episode 4 feels like, I still didn't got a high as episode 1 waiting for that High Episodes
Overall: Good one
